Raindrops keep fallin' on my head

Strange as this may seem, some of us were less than enamored with the thought of birds and other livestock flying and crawling into our house via our newly-formed skylight. So, the kablan gave YZG some heavy plastic, and he taped it onto the ceiling:

  1. This is the first time I am leaving a comment ;) so bear with me. I would like to say that it's all very interesting and intend to continue following the developments. Maybe you could include some pictures of people or is that not done? I am really not an extpert on the protocol.

    We realize that some of our readers would like to see pictures of their grandchildren. However, since this is a public blog - and since, in all likelihood, this blog will soon become the hit of the blogosphere due to the fact that so many people will naturally want to read about the minutiae of our renovations - we don't feel comfortable posting pictures of ourselves right now. As we get more comfortable with this blogging thing, perhaps we can reconsider...
